Lived here for 2 years and I have plenty of bad stories but one of the worst being – they thought they smelled weed in the hallway so they came and searched like 10 apartments. They found nothing obviously but such an invasion of privacy. Another time I was waiting for the elevator when I saw 3 men wearing amli shirts knocking on someone’s door. When no one answered the called the front desk and asked them to send an email. The front desk responded with “no just go right in”. A few moments later someone answered the door in a towel. They were about to barge into someone’s appt while they were naked for a water heater issue. Insane. There’s dog poop in the stairway, elevator breaks all the time, coffee machine never full. The construction is insane the courtyard being taken over and amenities being taken away, the war zone outside the building. I have a 1 bedroom and I pay $2300. Other people have a 1 bedroom and pay $1800. Total scam hate this place
