It has really helped to talk things through and to know that we are not alone. We are sorry hear about the issues other are experiencing too. Hoping things get resolved quickly for all of us.

Our situation rapidly deteriorated. Management was informed five months ago and was given time to resolve the situation. During that time they admitted fault and told us they were working on a solution to correct their error. We have kept detailed documentation throughout the entire process.

Despite all attempts to resolve the issues, we have been met with nothing but obstruction and threats. This situation should have been rectified long ago and now we are incredibly disappointed in how it has been handled.

It is always nice meeting everyone and meeting the furry babies.
